The manager and staff were kind, considerate and understanding. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
Great hotel for business travel. Check-in was quick, the staff were professional, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable with reliable Wi-Fi and a good workspace. Convenient location and a smooth overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a great hotel if you are trying to give your children the Leavenworth experience on a budget! No it’s not the fanciest hotel ever but these children in this generation need to know… It ain’t all “influencer glam” as seen on you tube. None of my children died during the stay even though they thought they were going to. Haha!
Wenatchee is a great alternative to paying much more for a night's stay in Leavenworth. We stumbled across this hotel out of the many offerings, and they are always fair on their prices and the rooms are nice. If you are a member you can save a bit more and the points add up quickly. (Our next stay should be free.) Lots of good restaurants and a grocery store are all within walking distance as well. Location is subjective as it is in the middle of a lot of licatio s, but next to none... Your mileage may vary.
I rarely notice carpet unless something looks off. This place needs a deep clean or a refresh. They over work the staff. I don't like how they have other duties that leaves the front desk unattended. The pool was opened late. It was in need of a cleaning and the towels needed restocked. The staff worked hard taking care of the breakfast rush and check out. The rooms are on the smaller side but I liked how the bathroom and sink were separate. The beds are on the firm side, but comfortable enough.
